I just read your article again, good start but the ending kills it
About where does the spirit goes, your belief is yours “you choose your destiny”.
Death is always violent, perhaps even more when just don’t wake up.
I don’t believe in stories of hunted homes, I carry my spirits and they are always with me when I call them.
Spirits and Energies are always present, and the spirit comes in many forms.
Also you keep in mind that Palestinian people are reading your stories, so perhaps bee more sensitive towards those who are there because with your ending are basically killing them twice.
Thank you for your comment, @Sol Sön. Just so you know, I studied and practice Islam for 13 years. I attended conferences and study groups about Islamic ethics, morals and lifestyle. I studied the Qur'an and Hadith. One of the things that I learned was how Muslims feel about death & dying. Not the BS about the virgins, that's not what I am talking about. I am talking about why they refer to themselves as martyrs during a conflict such as what is happening to the Palestinian Muslims right now. They believe that every Martyr will be replaced with someone who will come back more fierce and more powerful. They believe that with every martyr thousands will return quickly to continue the battle for righteousness, freedom and self-determination. They believe that Paradise awaits every Martyr. But they also know that death as a martyr is not the end of their struggle.
My belief in some ways coincides with theirs, in that I know that a violent death creates a restlessness in the spiritual realms.
There is a ritual of cleansing and preparing the dead for safe passage into the other world. They are not allowed that due to the manner in which they are being annihilated. The Israeli's know how to humiliate them so as to not allow for the ritual to take place. In many instances, Muslims and Jews have similar rituals around death and the burying of their departed ones. It is sacrilegious to the body and soul and family if the correct rites are not performed properly for the deceased.
It is hard to explain all of that in a post here on substack... but if they are reading my post, they know that I have a deep understanding of what they are experiencing. They will know what I am inferring. They know that I know what they mean when they call those killed in this conflict "Martyrs."
If they were to express this openly, they would be considered radical extremists who only love death. But people are missing what their true perspective is when it comes to those who die in conflict. Their faith is tied to the return of more warriors. And these warriors will come back to avenge the injustice. They may or may not engage with the idea past that point, but I assure you, a peaceful death is less disruptive to the spirit realm than a violent one.
I could go on but suffice it to say, that I am an Empath so, on a mental, emotional and spiritual level, I am very, very sensitive to the Palestinian People (particularly the Muslims) who may be reading my stories.
Dear Nana, I understand what you are trying to say, but consider anyhow that not only Palestinian muslims may read your article, but also people of different faith which would only feel worst when reading that the souls of their dear one will be basically damned and lost.
I personally don’t believe, because I know that belief is but a tool for dumbing down and control the masses, nevertheless, I don’t touch certain arguments when I am dealing with people in need of mental and spiritual support.
Anyhow I think your logic regarding death and the spirit world, in contrary to the ones expressed in the rest of your article, is far from logic or fro the truth.
If you are interested in spirituality, I can suggest you to do more research and perhaps, instead of imposing your thoughts on the spiritual world, offer them as something to be take into consideration.
Here one spiritual story which you may have never heard of
My substack is called "Think Outside the Box" for a very specific reason @Sol Sön, because that is exactly what I do. I don't see things thru the lens that may be acceptable to most people. I have, for most of my adult life, been on a spiritual journey. My spiritual journey spans across various spiritual schools of thought, along with my own Spiritual Guides and the messages that they have given me over the years. I am also a Metaphysician and an Initiated Priestess. I tend to go back to the spiritual implications of what is going on in this world. I am also a Mental Health professional. I share my thoughts here, but I am aware that much of what I actually think cannot be expressed here. I have no control over how others may view my thoughts. I do not intend to offend anyone, however if anyone is offended, they can share their thoughts as you have, or simply refrain from reading mine. I always say, there are many paths to the top of the mountain. My journey, like everyone else's is unique. I honor that. Thanks for your comment.
Hey, great respect, as I wrote, I like the rest of the article and you must do what you think is right according to your own feelings always.
My suggestion are simply made to perhaps help you to widen your audience.
I am no priest, I am a story teller and a devil in the original meaning of the word, meaning which till you read or learn about Bock saga, you would never know.
Anyhow, feel free to share your comments and thought also on my posts, I am always happy to have intelligent conversations.
It's a work in progress. I would definitely like to widen my audience but I am also aware that my thoughts often are not often well received. I have been censored over many platform for doing what I do and that is "Think Outside the Box". Nothing new to me. I have always been that round peg that just does not fit in a square hole. I am more than grateful to be able to express myself here on Substack as I absolutely love to write, and like you, I am a storyteller. But I am also a deep thinker who wonders about the root cause of what is happening around me. Through seeking that out, I am graced with information and insights that may bring some closer and push others away. As they say, I am cool with that.
I'VE been kicked off of Facebook three times. Beat THAT! 💃 And I've been shadow-banned from YouTube! Na-na-na-na-NAAAA na! 😊 Welcome to the club! (Just shuck'n and jive'n, although it's true.) For some strange reason, they don't like stuff that I say.
You're an empath?! WOW! I'll now have to switch favorite empaths. My favorite empath had been Deanna Troi, of Star Trek the Next Generation. She now moves to second place!! 😊
So far we know that at list 85000 tons of explosive have been exploded in Gaza alone.
This is estimated equivalent to 6 Hiroshima nuclear bombs, exploded over the most densely populated area in the world.
Some years ago I read about a study which was calculating the heat produced by the explosions in “candle hour”, but when I try to find any related articles on line I now find nothing.
About the cow farts, the argument, just like the one on global warming, now debunked and rebranded under the slogan “climate change”, was also demolished when in an interview debate with gates, after gates told about the supposed devastating effect of cow farts, someone took him on a challenge. The challenge was asking to spend a night in a garage, and with car with a running engine, while the challenger would have spent the night in a same size garage, but with two cows, and that they would have both met the next morming for breakfast, and discussed about their experience. Unfortunately gates refused the challenge, and allegedly he stop talking about cow farts since.
About wars, they are made to lower and control the population through death and fear, and yes, soldiers always end up killing them selfs in greater number than of those killed on the battle field. This is well recorded ever since the first gulf war.
Thank you for your very informative article Nana, and yes, he should have taken the challenge, then again, I am sure is not too late, hopefully he will reconsider and do it for the good of humanity.
We anxiously await.
About Genocide, the one happening in Palestine is one which deserves all of our attentions and if you are not aware of, you should know that nuclear weapons, have been used in both Gaza and Lebanon.
So called bunker busters are “DU weapons”, and while in Gaza no inspectors have been allowed, in Lebanon the evidences have been already proven.
There is even more, a new type of nuclear weapon called red mercury or enriched uranium.
"Reeling through anger moments and tears..." "They must all be lost in a loop of reactionary triggers of kill or be killed."
Oy vey. I feel your pain. Yours is one of the most thick, indepth articles I've read since 2022. Now, I gotta drop some dough. (You win!)
As you know, I'm Muslim. And as I know, you were a practicing Muslim for about 15 years, as I recall.
Please know this: what I now very, very briefly state [I wish it could be otherwise] is not some lame-assed attempt to "re-convert" you or any sh*t like that. You and I know each other's stances. And we've learned--fairly easily, it seems--how to "rap" and exchange without getting hung up on ideology, or non-ideology, or religion or non-religion, or whatever. So, the following, again, is not to preach. And I wish I could write about this in great detail, but it would take a book of 3,000 pages. I've written five books, as I think I recall mentioning to you, and linking you to for your perusal. If I did send you those links, then you know that I ain't talking sh*t about my ability to write a 3,000-page book. You know of the 1,000 articles I wrote at Substack. Anyway, so here goes:
As a former Muslim, you are aware of the prophetic utterances of Rasoolulah, sallalaho alaihe wa salaam, with reference to the advent of The Dajaal. I'll just remind you of the very basic symbolic descriptions of the Dajaal. The Dajaal would have two eyes, but one of them would be blind.
1. The eye of materialism would be the eye of great sight
2. The eye of spirituality would be The Dajaal's blind eye.
The Dajal arrived. And it's been here, "officially," starting some time before the turn of the century, i.e., before the year 1900. Now, before saying a bit more, I'll share with you what Rasoolulah, sallalaho alaihe wa salaam, said can be DONE when The Dajaal arrived: Recite the first 10 verses of Sura Al-Kahf and the last 10 verses of Surah Al-Kahf. Note that I did not say, "Join Ahmadiyyat" or "Come back to Sunni Islam" or anything like that. It's up to you to place value on those verses, or to just gwine on-on as you have been. I'm just sharing, that's all. Fighting The Dajaal is a spiritual thang. Having said that, I continue.
Rasoolulah, sallalaho alaihe wa salaam, gave a lot of signs that would appear when The Dajaal arrived. Basically, The Dajaal is both a body of people, sometimes of supposedly "opposing" sides [Soviet Communism verses Western Capitalism], but sharing the same characterstic: wedded to gross materialism, as well as a spiritual condition. I wrote a Substack article containing what I consider to be a tiny example of a number of the signs of the advent of The Dajaal, cited 1400 years ago by Rasoolulah, sallalaho alaihe wa salaam, that have been fulfilled. Again, this is just a tiny number of those signs:
One of the very, very, very interesting signs of The Dajaal is that, upon its arrival, it would be "accompanied by 10,000 Jews." In the Arabic language, as you know, numbers like 1000, 10,000, 100,000 are not meant to mean an exact figure. Such numbers are symbolic of both amount AND INFLUENCE. Is there anyone, in this day of instant communication, who is STUPID enough to believe that U.S. foreign policy is not controlled by Jewish elements? Heck, we're hearing about this every single day from immensely expert individuals--former members of the CIA, such as Larry Johnson, Ray McGovern, etc.; scholars such as Professor John Mearsheimer, Professor Doctorow, none of whom are Muslims and none of whom are quoting hadith about advent of The Dajaal.
The Western global power structure is composed of the elites of the U.S., Europe, and international Zionism. "The Dajaal will be accompanied by 10,000 Jews."
I can say no more. Well, I can, but it ain't gonna solve anything. Well, there is one very important thing I can suggest, though you're already doing it. And keep it up!!! Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, alaihe salaam [Yes, Sunni Muslims, ALAIHE SALAAM], said the most important thing that can be said in these times as regards "war." Back in the late 1800s, he said,
"The Last Jihad will be a Jihad of the Pen, in which the hearts of humanity will be won over to Islam [to peace, Nana, to peace, NOT to a RELIGION] through personal example and the power of the pen." Hazrat Ahmad said that the day of hot jihad had ended. And that, if we didn't turn around, we'd all be DEAD (in so many words). Six years after he died, World War I broke out. He'd predicted, in writing, that three World Wars would occur. I've seen his writing, in his various books, back in the 1970s.
But, never fear, Nana's here!!! 😊 I ain't tryna be flippant. YOU, my sister, are doing exactly what Hazrat Ahmad said would be THE thing to do: use your pen. Imagine it!! He could not possibly have known that, one day, someone from Qadian, India, his birthplace, would be able to send a message to a person living in Canada in a split second.
The only weapons we have are our spirituality and our "pen." We now have notebook computers, laptop computers, desktop computers, and I-Phones, each of which can be used, and are being used, in a war that, with The Great Spirit's Help, will be won by us, Inshallah.
